Interview Process

 
Question:  What should I wear to an interview?
Answer:
  Business attire is strongly recommended. Interview requirements vary per company within The Walt Disney Company. Prior to coming in to meet with us, please confirm the attire requirements with your recruiter.
 
Question:  How many interviews can I expect?
Answer:
  It is most common to expect one phone interview and two in-person interviews per position. These interviews may vary per position and per company within The Walt Disney Company. Please confirm the interview process for each position you are interviewing for with your recruiter.
 
Question:  When can I expect to hear feedback from an interview?
Answer:
  Interview feedback varies and you may receive a phone call or an email from your Disney recruiter within one week. You can review your candidacy status for a position and all communications from DisneyCareers.com in your candidate dashboard.
 
Question:  Should I send communication, such as a thank you email or card, to the Disney staff that I interview with?
Answer:
  Thank you emails and cards are appreciated. Please check with your recruiter as to the preferred method of follow up. Providing a thank you email or card through your recruiter to the Disney staff you meet with is generally preferred.
