Campus Rep Program

Be a Campus Representative.

As a Campus Representative, you will help drive marketing efforts for Disney Internships and Programs on your campus. The Campus Representative role provides you the opportunity to partner with the recruitment team to increase awareness of the Disney College Program, Culinary and Professional Internship programs. Being a Campus Representative allows students the opportunity to further their Disney Career and develop skills in the areas of marketing, promotions, communications, sales and public relations.

We're looking for students who have a passion for Disney Internships and Programs and would like to share their experiences with other students at their school. Our Campus Representatives motivate students to apply on-line and engage students to learn more about our internship opportunities. Campus Representatives are from all majors, ranging from Communications to Zoology. Note: This is an unpaid position.

Qualifications

  • Must be a current or former participant in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Professional Internship program
  • Must be a current active Cast Member with The Walt Disney Company
  • Must meet transfer guidelines:
    • No more than 5 attendance notations within the last 6 months
    • No more than 1 reprimand within the last 6 months
  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university taking at least one class OR currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, or Disney Professional Internship with the intention to be enrolled in a U.S. college or university in the next semester
  • Able to provide unrestricted U.S. work authorization
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership qualities, along with strong communication and organizational skills
