Congratulations on your new role! We are so excited to have you join our team. As part of your onboarding experience, you will need to submit your Hire Documentation online, prior to your onboarding appointment.
Instructions to Complete Your Hire Documentation:
You will be receiving two emails regarding your electronic Hire Documentation from Disney. One email will include your New Hire Portal Username and the second email will include your New Hire Portal Password.
If you are participating in the Disney College Program, the Disney Culinary Program or a Disney Professional Internship, you will receive your log-in information approximately three weeks prior to your Arrival Date.
If you are an International Program participant, you will complete your hire documentation upon arrival.
Once you receive the emails, click the New Hire Portal link below, and log-in using your Username and Password.

You must bring the original, unexpired documents(s) you use to complete your I-9 Work Authorization Form to your onboarding appointment. No copies will be accepted.
Note: If you will be attending your onboarding appointment in Florida you must also bring an unexpired, government-issued document for Background Check processing.
