Earning

The Disney College Program is a paid-internship. Participants may work indoors and outdoors, depending on their role and will receive an hourly rate of pay. Candidates will be notified of the exact pay rate when extended an offer.

Participants could work the equivalent of a full-time schedule, so they must have full work availability, which includes working days, nights, weekends and holidays. Participants must also be flexible to work any time of day, including early morning or after midnight.

Each role offered through the Disney College Program provides a unique and diverse learning and working experience. From costumes to role responsibilities, participants will find that no two jobs are the same. However, all participants will have the opportunity to develop their communication skills, problem-solving skills and work on their confidence and self-reliance.

After completing the program, participants are eligible to apply for another role with the Disney College Program or interview for a Disney Professional Internship, which gives them the opportunity to work in a field that more closely aligns with their major.
