Fees

Walt Disney World ® Resort (in Florida)

Weekly Housing Payment
Housing costs range from $86 to $105* per week depending on the size of the apartment and which apartment complex a participant is assigned to live in during his or her Program. Apartments have two to four bedrooms (with two participants in each bedroom).

*Costs subject to change.

Housing costs are automatically deducted weekly from cast members' paychecks, so they don't have to worry about turning in a check at the beginning of the month. This cost includes all utilities such as electricity, cable hookup, waste disposal and local phone service; as well as the various resort-style amenities featured at each complex.

Fees Due Upon Accepting Program Invitation
A total of $300 (the Program Assessment Fee and Housing and Administration Fee) will be due at the time a participant accepts his/her invitation to participate in the program. Please note that this fee must be paid by credit card/debit card as a single payment, and a minimal processing fee will be applied. Other forms of payment, including cash and personal checks, will not be accepted. Once the payment is received and the online acceptance process is completed, we will officially reserve the participants' place on the program.

  • Program Assessment Fee ($100)
The one-time non-refundable $100 Program Assessment fee helps support the events and activities scheduled in the housing complexes throughout the program.
  • Housing and Administration Fee ($200)
This required non-refundable $200 Housing and Administration fee, will be applied to the participant's housing costs during the first few weeks of the program.
